We did get Symphony of the Seed in the Listen to the Land boat ride. The beginning where we heard the song. "Listen to the Land" and the dioramas of the underground roots was the symphony of the seed show scene. This is confirmed in Martin's Tribute to the pavilion as well as in an interview with an imagineer.
