As part of its Disneyland expansion, Disney wanted to do big retail spaces. Their idea for a signature store was to convince Harrods to come in. In return, Disney promised Harrods premier space in a second location in Orlando. But *that* deal was contingent on a bunch of things outside of Harrods' control.
