I would take the ticketless city walk 2.0 hub with a pinch of salt , "plans change" as you said from what I understand. Also, raises the question: Why would Universal intentionally reduce their own capacity and ability to sell more tickets when they have 500+ acres to build a city walk between entrance to hub and car park?
