about

A recent issue of Disney's D23 magazine talked about the making of the 1961 film Babes in Toyland. But, according to Jim, the article left out some of the juicier behind-the-scenes stories. First, it was going to be an animated feature. Then Walt saw the first cut of the film with songs and hated it, saying "I guess Disney doesn't know how to do musicals."

Hear those stories in this edition of Why For?

lyrics

Shout out to Spandau Ballet:
So true
Funny how it seems
Always in time, but never in line for dreams
Head over heels when toe to toe
This is the sound of my soul
This is the sound
