This is the extended version of iTunes episode 107, with additional stories by Jim and Len.
The episode starts with news of Disney announcing that it's re-doing the area around Disneyland, including the longtime park entrance off Harbor Boulevard. That's going to limit the appeal of a lot of hotels on Harbor, and make Disney's hotels more appealing.
Jim says that if you look at the history of the Disneyland Hotel, which wasn't even owned by Disney when Disneyland was built, you can see that the Disney Company knows how to play hardball when it comes to lodging properties around its parks.
